Refund policy

Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns once a frozen food product has been delivered.

2. Replacement or Refund Eligibility

Replacements or refunds may be considered only if:

  • An incorrect product was delivered, or

  • The product was damaged at the time of delivery

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos as proof

  • Ensure the product remains unused and properly stored

Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible.

4. Decision Authority

All refund or replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or decline requests at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Verified
